Property Managers
Graham McMahon, Home Care Manager
Graham joined APM in 2015. He enjoys the varied spectrum of responsibilities and tasks required of him each day. Graham oversees the maintenance team, manages various projects, and coordinates necessary subcontractors.
Prior to working for APM, Graham had a demanding professional career. He graduated from Rutgers University in 2007 with a degree in Management. He then worked in New York City for 5 years, pursuing a career in finance. Finally, he attended Officer Candidate School for the Marines in 2011, and became an Infantry Officer. Graham moved to Aspen from the East Coast to pursue his love of skiing and the outdoors. He is currently the co-director of the Aspen Lacrosse Club and a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
dan lucas, PROPERTY MANAGER
Dan joined APM in 2017. He is a Property Manager and enjoys protecting our client’s real estate assets. Dan also enjoys collaborating with clients on projects, improvements and maintenance programs specific to their property needs. Prior to APM, Dan worked as a Property Manager in the Valley and also has experience with custom home and furniture builds.
Dan is originally from southern Arizona, but has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley since 2007. He enjoys the outdoors, biking and climbing.
keith brisson, PROPERTY MANAGER
Keith joined Aspen Property Management in 2018. He is a Property Manager and enjoys the wide variety of tasks and responsibilities that each day brings – no two days are alike! Prior to APM, Keith worked for other local property management companies and has many years of experience and expertise.
Keith is originally from New Hampshire but has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for more than half of his life. He is married and enjoys skiing, motorcycles and travel.
Danny losier, PROPERTY MANAGER
Danny joined Aspen Property Management in November 2019 as a Property Manager. He brings with him both corporate and hospitality backgrounds. He previously worked at Hitachi Data Systems in his hometown of Philadelphia, and subsequently at The Little Nell after moving to the valley in 2016. Danny also has experience as a property manager in Aspen.
Danny graduated from the College of Charleston in 2014 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a minor in Spanish. He is an avid surfer and snowboarder, and is also thoroughly involved in the lacrosse community. Danny was Assistant Coach for the Varsity Boy’s Lacrosse Program in 2019 at Aspen High School. Danny’s wide range of experience and expertise make him a delight to work with in any given situation.
